Shipping & Returns

The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart after the customer applies the shipping address (some restrictions may apply for custom orders, and shipping may be billed separately for such items, the amount of shipping cost may be reduced for large ticket). Please contact us for any questions.

Goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice. As a company is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipment process. is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping. can only ship to the the United States at this time.

Orders must be paid in U.S. Funds by international money order or credit card.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:
  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. It is then processed by our warehouse staff, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Crafting Time: Furniture and other crafted products may not be in stock at the time of purchase. An order may have to be placed with our Amish vendors which may take 2-7 days to process. The crafting phase can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, crafting, and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). will not accept any returns on soap products. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. will not accept returns unless merchandise is damaged, or the item originally ordered is incorrect, in either case the damaged or wrong item will be removed and replaced with the correct item to the best of our ability. Please see our “Items Damaged By Shipper” paragraph.


Damaged Items

Returns items are only accepted if the item shipped is different from the original order or if the items are damaged. If the item shipped is different from the original order, the product will be replaced with an item of the same as the product originally ordered. Damaged items will be replaced to the best of our ability. 

For items damaged by shipper, customer is responsible for contacting in advance regarding returns on damaged in stock items only.

All returns on damaged items damaged by shipper MUST be pre-authorized by E mail. All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival. Returns that are not authorized may be refused or incur a restocking fee of 50%. Please Contact Us. Requests must originate from the purchaser, not the recipient.

For orders over $6,000.00 please contact us for the exact shipping cost. All freight and shipping charges / costs are non-refundable for all unauthorized returns whether the product is damaged or not.

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer on all items damaged if the return is not authorized. Refused shipments will be subject to all shipping and handling charges.

Items Damaged by Shipper

All items are insured by our shipping companies. Customer is responsible for filing a claim with shipper for items damaged during shipping. In certain cases will help the customer in filing the proper claims with our shipping companies. Damaged items will be replaced with the originally ordered item. No extra shipping fees will be added to the original cost of the product/products if any part of the order is damaged and replaced.

Any shipments returned to us by “RETURNED TO SHIPPER” or “REFUSED” will not be refunded.

Any shipments that are declared “INCORRECT ADDRESS” or “DELIVERY ADDRESS/INFORMATION MISSING” will incur any extra fees necessary to deliver the item. If the item is returned to us, it will incur a 50% processing and restocking fee, and no refunds will be given on said item or items.
All authorized returned damaged items will be replaced with the originally ordered item.
