General Policies
Products available for purchase by AllThingsAmish.net on AllThingsAmish.net are handcrafted and finished specifically for each customer’s order. As a result, some items require a 4-14 week production time, not including delivery, while other items may be in stock, and or require less production time. If you require expedited production, please contact us. Additional fees may be required for this service.
With use of this website you agree and accept all of the policies listed within.
Graphics, photos and texts are protected and their use requires our permission.
Controlling Law
The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between AllThingsAmish.net and Buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and/or state courts located in the County of La Crosse, State of Wisconsin, United States of America and you consent to service of process by United States mail at the billing address and you waive any objection to venue.

Catalog errors are not to be construed as “false advertising” or as an irrevocable Contract for Sale of an item. Typographical and programming mistakes can occur- if you feel you have encountered an error in our commerce program we will gladly make the corrections.
Because of the nature of hand work, gravity, and color production, variations in color, size, shape, finish, and design may be evident.
AllThingsAmish.net makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pictures. However, because of the unique methods used to create our hand-crafted furniture, your product may vary somewhat from the website photo or description.

Orders
Unless otherwise stated all bedding, and accessories pictured with items, not listed as sold with said item will be sold separate. Please contact AllThingsAmish.net for any questions in regards to any accessories or items shown in any images if you are not sure if the item not listed in the product description will be sold with the said item. AllThingsAmish.net will not be liable for items shown in any images that are not part of the actual product, or products description listed on our website.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of AllThingsAmish.net at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.

Payment Policies
AllThingsAmish.net has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/products listed. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Amish Crafted Furniture will refund your money, and certain fees may be applied.
PayPal Payments: For the security of our customers, AllThingsAmish.net offers payments through the [PayPal, etc.] payment gateway.
